We process the account details, profile content, posts, messages, group activity, and game-platform connections you choose to use in Anemity.
How information is used
Information supports authentication, profile and group features, matching, conversations, moderation, safety, reliability, and product improvement.
Visibility
Profile, group, post, and channel content may be visible to other Anemity members according to the product surface and permissions where it appears.
Website traffic and signup sources
We use our own analytics system to understand visits, website performance, and registrations. A first-party browser cookie keeps repeat visits together and expires after 90 days without a visit. We record public page paths, referring website domains, campaign labels, session activity, visible engaged time, scroll depth, page load time, and clicks on signup, login, download, and external links. For resources loaded from this website, we record public resource paths, request categories, available HTTP methods and status codes, network protocols, browser-cache usage, transfer sizes, and response timing. We also record broad device, browser, operating system and viewport categories, language, browser time zone, and approximate country when supplied by our trusted network edge. Detailed traffic records are removed after 90 days when the collector next runs. If you register, your first and latest recorded sources and the association with your visit are retained with your account. This analytics system does not store IP addresses, raw browser user agents, form input, or full URL query strings, and does not send events to an external analytics provider.
The collector honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Blocking or clearing the visitor cookie prevents reliable recognition of repeat visits. Different browsers and devices are counted separately.
Storage and security
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can update profile and group information through the product. Account deletion and privacy requests can be handled through the support route provided in the app.
Changes
We may update this policy as Anemity changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
